Robert Gonzales and Courtney Gilmer Present Seminar on Small Business Reorganization Act

[September 15, 2021 - Nashville, Tenn.] EmergeLaw partners Robert Gonzales and Courtney Gilmer presented a seminar on September 14th entitled "SBRA in Tennessee: The New Frontier in Chapter 11." Courtney served as the program's moderator, and Robert presented along with Hon. Charles M. Walker, U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Tennessee, Tim Niarhos, Assistant U.S. Trustee in Nashville, and Tim Stone of Newpoint Advisors and an SBRA Subchapter V Trustee for the Middle District of Tennessee.
