The Bankruptcy Section of the Memphis Bar Association will sponsor a program on July 18, 2023 entitled: Financing, Coaching and Accounting for Chapter 11, Subchapter V Debtors and Chapter 13 Business Debtors. The seminar will feature Chief Bankruptcy Judge Jennie Latta as moderator and a presentation by Ron Brooks, president of River City Capital Investment.
