She gained invaluable experience handling complex insolvency matters, representing debtors, creditors, and trustees in sophisticated restructurings and litigation. Hannah earned her J.D. from Belmont University College of Law, where she graduated cum laude, and her B.S. in Agribusiness and Law from Mississippi State University, graduating summa cum laude. She is admitted to practice in Tennessee, the U.S. District and Bankruptcy Courts for the Middle, Eastern and Western Districts of Tennessee, and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. She is an active member of professional organizations including the American Bankruptcy Institute, Turnaround Management Association, and the Tennessee Lawyer’s Association for Women.
