EmergeLaw, PLC is excited to share that Hannah Berny has been appointed as an Adjunct Professor at Belmont University College of Law, her alma mater. In this role, she works with the Board of Advocates Moot Court teams, helping students refine their legal writing and oral advocacy skills as they prepare for national competitions. This teaching position is in addition to her regular practice at EmergeLaw.
As a law student at Belmont, Hannah was an active and highly successful member of the Moot Court program, culminating in her recognition as Best Advocate in the Nation at the 2021 ABA National Appellate Advocacy Competition. Returning now as a coach and mentor, she is honored to help prepare students for the rigors of high-level appellate advocacy.
In her law practice, Hannah focuses on guiding financially distressed businesses and individuals through workouts, Subchapter V restructurings, and Chapter 11 cases. Clients value her clear communication and practical approach to solving problems.
EmergeLaw is proud of Hannah’s continued contributions, both to our clients and to the next generation of lawyers, and we celebrate this well-deserved opportunity.
